Because your safety is our top priority, VTS only employs experienced, highly-trained installers and service technicians. Most of our installers have received direct factory certification and all have been through our rigorous in-house training program. Our staff is also trained and certified through the Tennessee Burglar and Fire Alarm Association. Some are also certified by the National Institute for The Certification of Engineering Technicians (NICET), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and International Building Codes (IBC).
